Schools Division Superintendent Graduation Message 2017
My warmest greetings to the school officials, administrators, staff, teachers, partners and stakeholders, parents and guardians of the graduates of school year 2016-2017 with the theme, “Sabay-Sabay na Hakbang Tungo sa Maunlad na Kinabukasan.”
According to Sec. Leonor Magtolis Briones, “If a man wants an education, he can learn all he wants. But if a man wants to prove himself, a diploma would be a tangible proof for everyone. However, diplomas are only symbols, but
education lasts a lifetime”.
Dear graduates, congratulations on this important moment in your life when you harvest the fruits of your labour and perseverance. This is certainly an achievement, but remember, there’s a lot more to come: goals, challenges, and opportunities! Anything is possible when you just believe in yourself. Your success is well deserved because you are great!
Today is not only a celebration of your collective accomplishments, but more importantly, a stint to anticipate boundless possibilities, and a moment to give tribute to all of the people who have painstakingly supported you in paving the way to reach the finish line. As you journey through life, remember to keep winning, winning by
not quitting. Get back up every time you fall. Always work hard, because this is just the beginning of many roads to travel, routines to endure, summits to conquer, and successes to enjoy.
Make your family, community, and country proud of you. The change you want to see in this country starts within you, starts within me, starts in all of us. “Sabay-Sabay na Hakbang Tungo sa Maunlad na Kinabukasan,” thus, we are confident that you will be one of us in our quest to see a truly progressive Philippines as you continue to take each step on realizing your full potential and on becoming responsible Filipinos sharpening the country’s future and competitive edge to the global arena.
Cheers to your achievement and to your upcoming endeavors! Once again, Congratulations!
